Mid/top autofilled support. Jungle/support autofilled adc. Adc/top autofilled mid over 2 mid mains. Another mid main placed top. Top primary placed in Jungle.
Oh and the entire enemy team got their main except one got their secondary.

I've had multiple games as a 3-stack where all 3 players in my party got filled into each other's primaries & only for 1 of us was it even his secondary. I don't recall it happening recently, but this game's role distribution is genuinely terrible.
The terrible programming of auto-fill, combined with players' hatred for certain positions & the fact Jungle should never be auto-filled are just a few reasons why players actively want auto-fill removed, even at the cost of longer queue times.
I remember a ranked game where someone who queued as fill got mid while I had queued for mid/top. Guess what I got? Autofilled to support.

Yeah the matchmaking is still broken, can you believe it?
Las time I (picked jungle/bot) was autofilled supp, the guy who pickedbot was autofilled jung and the guy that chose supp was autofilled bot, we gould have easily swapped roles among ourselves but did not have the time to agree before someone dodged.
If it can be of any help I noticed this mostly happening after a few failed matchmaking attemps (dodges), I suggest you always leave the queue and re-join every 2-3 dodges.
I just got 2 autofills in game, one on jungler other on support i was forced to dodge it. Its insane that you can have more than one player autofilled in one team. It just shows where creators of this game have players especially in higher elo, where autofill is tragicomedy.
