Riot Please Buff Ryze

It has been almost a year since Ryze has been a viable champion in any role. He was either super OP or now buffed into extinction. I saw lots of Mid-Lane Champions get nerfed in the most recent patch, but Ryze is still not on a top tier level. I would love to see alteast a small buff to him and of course love to use his portal. Please Riot hear my prayers.
