Suggestion for Te emo : Fear

Hello,

I think when Te emo become visible the enemy should be feared for 0.25 - 0.5 seconde. It fits with his Role Play and it could up Te emo in some case.

That's shock, not fear. I mean, I guess at .5 seconds it'd be alright but... the last thing Teemo needs is more cc.
