Solo Que Disaster lag

Why is there solo que for this game anyhow?,league of lag league of letdown riot games.Listen since you can't get your mechanics and lag issues straightened out i had my provider come out and trouble shoot my internet etc. No problems my end ok i have to uninstal and just play with what works.The point system as solo player impossible i gave you a fair chance but in the game i didn't get 1 by riot. So if you guys are interested and are in the same bout as me world of warcraft is free to play for wow gold.At Least they work on things to fix it.
