Every once in a while you get that troll retard that just pisses everyone off and goes into the game with the intention to mess up your game. I think there should be a voting system before the game even start where you can report or vote a player out of the team and rejoin the team que.. i have lost soo many ranked games because of this.. so in conclusion consider this

TeemoJenkins2 voteslove it... one problem. That kid that queues up and says "I can't play X lane" - you then have that other kid that will flame him and encourage the team to vote him out. You then waste a lot of time in champ select arguing why he shouldn't be kicked instead of just selecting champs. Champ selection should be clean and concise and I don't see how they can cleanly implement this without burdening the process.
Beyond that what happens after they are kicked? Naturally the lobby would bring in another player... or lobby would start over... which means that same kid would be back in the queue and you'd get him again. Or if you have a system to stop him from coming in again you then have Diamond / Master level players that vote people out, don't requeue and you have the "I want to block them so I don't play with them" syndrome.
In the end intentional trolls will just hush up and play "good boy" in champ select, then go ape shit in game so it actually solved nothing in the end.

This would be bad because if someone plays non-meta champions they would be flamed at and voted out and they would have to play a meta champion that they can't play for shit on and get flamed over and over again

The damage is already done. Either surrender, or accept defeat, OR try and win still
