Best jungle?
Who do you think is the best jungle?
Only 1 if you're up to the challenge.

If you do get good with her, none of the others feel worth learning.
there are a lot of good junglers but i recommend trying Rek'Sai and lee sin
If its opinion....I'd choose
. His ganks are fun and he can escape pretty easily. His Ult is multipurpose too. Need to initiate? Press R! Need to run away? Press R! Need to scare the living shit out of the enemy? Press R! He's my favorite jungler.
But, if you want the BEST jungler, go
. Apparently, she has the highest win rate of any jungler right now. Understandable...great damage even with no damage items. Tanky as all hell too.
But there are many styles of jg. It depends on your preference. Hell, my friend likes
jungle. I don't know how he does it, but he does.
Sejuani and Nidalee, it isn't even really a question. As far as best goes, those two crowd out others. Or Sion, Sion's good. Stay away from bruisers right now unless their whole team's squishy.

Personal Opinion:
Going by Win Rate/Statistics:
It really depends on what you think makes a good jungler. Is a jungler's job supposed to be "G4NK EVRYTH1NG!!!" like some players tend to think?
Is their job supposed to be objective control i.e. Securing all dragon kills and jungle buffs for allies.
Maybe you think their main goal should be warding.
Is there a single champion that can do ALL of these 100% effectively?
The best answer to your question is; There is no "best" jungler. They all have different abilities to contribute, and some can do things others can't, but that doesn't mean they can't do anything.

I realize this, I'm looking for opinions. Looking to main one jungle with some duos.
In that case, personally, I'm fond of
. I'm all about objective control and warding. I can and will gank if I'm set up for it and the teammate I'll be ganking for has been friendly and competent.
I'll generally start at blue, level 2 the dragon, recall, clean up rest of the camps. Work my way to wards as quickly as possible, and start farming unless someone calls for a gank. Dragon stays as my top priority.
Sejauni and Amumu have the highest win rates? Have you personally seen success one over the other?
Sejuani and Amumu are the best ATM but you can go far with jungling someone like Volibear, after all this is the Tank meta. If you're looking for some other non tanky junglers I think Vi is still in a nice position, AD Malz jungle works well IMO. It depends, there are subgroups of junglers: Gankers: Rengar, Shaco, Amumu Carries: Yi, Udyr, Vi Objective Control: Nunu ect.
Sejuani and Amumu are both currently the best based on win-rate, although Amumu is much more Solo-Q based success then team based.
Ultimately, it comes down to your play style, what are you trying to do? Personally, I'm a farm heavy and gank occasionally jungler, so champions like Nocturne and Shyvana suit me well, that being said, my two best champions are Evelynn and Rammus since you can farm so fast and gank quickly afterwards.
You need to develop a style before you can really nail what jungler it is you want to play as since there are so many different ways to play in the jungle. Yes Sejuani and Amumu both have highest win rate, but if they don't suit your style, you may not find as much success with them as their win rate shows.
If you're not sure, I would start with a generalist jungler, Lee Sin being the best one to chose, since he can do everything relatively well, but isn't necessarily the best at any one thing.
Once you've figured out your niche for how you jungle, than you can look at those junglers.

personal opinions:

Junglers are supposed to have map presence, even when they're not there so the enemy team must be careful not to be too aggressive giving your team breathing room. This is why I hate
and I main
since they both provide map presence, objective control, albeit one is a 0 skill champ and the other actually take practice to do well on.
The easiest to pick up and do well with if you have a basic idea of how the jungle works are Vi and Xin. Tank junglers have a specific playstyle in the jungle that takes a bit to develop (if you want to carry soloq games. being a simple meat shield with cc isn't hard but will not win you many games where your team mates aren't doing well.) Out of all the tank junglers I'd say sion is the easiest to do well with right now. Mage junglers - my favourite choice is Gragas (most people play him as a full tank right now - I disagree, but tank is 20x easier to play than AP), then there's Diana and fiddles. These take a moderate amount of time to be decent very high skill ceiling especially on grag and fiddle. Shaco would be a champion that would take the biggest time investment, but if you like his chaotic style he's the most diverse champion in the game by far. We're talking hundreds of games out of which you'll most likely feed or be useless for half of them while you're learning (if you play vs. people near your skill lvl)

He is good. Good and versatile.
Definitely not Udyr... that's for sure.

Outstanding splitpusher, late game hypercarry, can absolutely steamroll a team if he gets just a little fed. And seeing your enemies cry in /all about Yi when you get multikills never gets old.
The best part: He costs 450.
For me. definitely

Those ganks are godly.
