Duo in soloq

Should I not play duo if I want to climb in ranked? Every single game i play duo my team is absolutely brainless, like 90% of all my duo games are one sided and lost before 15minutes. And yes it IS lost when the team score is 15/1 at 10minutes. However when I play solo, everything is fine and I even manage to get like 6 games win streaks. I know that enemies are "slightly" better when play duo to compensate for whatever "advantage" premades have, but that from my 200+duo games experience I can say, that it's just messed up how hard it is to win a ranked game when playing duo. Any thoughts on this? Give me something because I fell like never playing soloq with my friends again.
