Nerf Ap Alistar?

So is it too unfair to ask for ap alistar to be nerfed? This particular build is almost impossible to play against, especially when they have a friend who is playing with them. Usually, I'm all for having different playstyles for a champion, but getting 100 to 0'ed by a pretty tanky monster that you can't get away from once he catches up to you? Not fun. And there are other champs that probably need this kind of hard look at. But to sum up, tanky monster who barrels down lane, locks you down with cc while dealing ridiculous amounts of damage and getting out because of both his heal and ult is not fun to play against and not positive for the community.
