Hello, I don't post on boards/forums often however, I noticed my old main hasn't received an update in a while which isn't surprising, I wouldn't know how to change him either, that being said, I was disappointed his passive is yet to change despite the Mid laners update - like he was forgotten :(. He is an inventor no? He should be innovating something new very frequently- I expect more from such " substandard intelligence " xD. But anyway, I don't think a lot of his abilities need changing, his passive health re-gen just feels a bit useless because, when people hit your turrets, its to kill it, not to slowly ware it down so it often doesn't get a chance to regain health.

That concludes my discussion.

So in other words, Riot, Have you guys considered tweaking him or his passive recently( or in the future)? Or have I not been using his passive to its full potential?
