Always a GG when....

When enemy team repeats everything said in private team chat as a taunt to show that he is cheating with no repercussions..... You know its a Good Game... This has happened to me 5 times now, I have reported all 5 times in 500 games or so... Yet no reprimands cited at any time... I know whats going on. Finally figured it out.. It's random dumb luck like I have all the time to find someone on friends list on enemy team.. once you find a person like that... just ask them to feed you info so that its a 4v6 roflstomp... this should be illegal and how can you not tell its happening rito?? with all your capital and computer power... I accidentally dodge a game after trying to ban zed and then kat, after just being late on clicking the ban button... yielding a 30 min ban.. I get a few notifications a month about people who I have reported... I usually have a good idea of who riot has disciplined.... but I have never seen a disciplinary action taken for reading every word back to me spoken in team chat by enemy team in /all chat...
