Jinx should not have a nerf on her rocket. Here is why...

From my understand, they buff'ed all adc and give them extra range. For example, cait who has 650 range by default. She can just shooting without having her attack speed decrease. Tristina, by default, have 550 range. She jumps..bruh! Kog with 500 range by default BUT when he got his w, he increase his range from 500 to 630 at level 1 for 8 seconds. Lucian by default have 500 range, but don't forget that he can dash too. Now, the real question is why does Jinx only have one who got her q nerf'd when everyone else is not nerf'd? Jinx got mana on q and I think that's enough, don't you think so?

Personally, I can adapt with this, but I've suffered enough that Jinx got beaten up when she is the star of league of legends! It's like there is a heavy metal chain on her foot. I'd like to request to take it off and make her on the same page as everyone else.

The mana cost on Jinx's Q is not for the additional range, it is for the additional damage (10%) and the area of effect aspect. If you want to compare Jinx's Fishbones to any ability, the most appropriate is Kayle's E, which does cost mana.

Why would they make Jinx weaker in 2v2(Jinx is adc so she stays with her sup)? Once you are not doing well as Jinx, you will have take more time to catch up in late game. Lucian, Cait, Kog, and Tristina (and more adcs, whatever) are strong at early and even stronger in the late game. Why can't Jinx gets her early game stronger like everyone else? I mean, that is not fair to Jinx.

Unfortunately, Rocket doesn't go 2.50 from her passive if that's what I remember correctly. Also her Q doesn't increase her Q. Only on pow pow (machine gun) and when she switch to rocket, her AS would go down. :/
