How many honors do i need to get to honor level 3? I have been getting a bunch of honors since the update came out and have yet to level up even though i have gotten all of my teams honors 3 times the same day once and am getting a lot of honors a day.

No one knows. It's not meant to be something that you can grind really, it just happens over time. It is meant to be weeks to months before you increase levels as it is a season long thing.
