Fix Ranked Queues Rito

I've recently noticed how unbalanced my ranked games have been. I had been on a win streak and was quickly climbing through silver. Recently, I haven't been able to win a game for the past few days. I kept getting teammates that either fed or didn't do anything, and when I checked the ranks of my teammates I became a little tilted. Im about mid silver and 2 of my teammates were bronze 2. Two guys on the enemy team were gold 4. Why the fuck am I getting bronzes on my team when I'm playing against golds. [zombie-brand-mindblown] Rito pls fix. Maybe instead of just matching people based off of ranks, match them by the number of wins they have in ranked. I notice that I'm also playing with silver that have won 8 games who are still learning to play the game. [slayer-jinx-wink]
