Can someone tell me what do thoose Orb of Chaos and Order are and what do they give?

First, you look at some of the details in the Hextech Crafting screen by mousing over the Orb.

Second; it's guaranteed to give you at least one Legacy Skin Shard for Hextech Crafting, and it has a chance to also contain bonus Chaos/Order Tokens, Two Gemstones, or a Hextech-Crafting-Exclusive skin, either Soulstealer Vayne (Chaos), or Hextech Annie (Order).
