can you guys please consider nerfing leblancs chains

as it is she has way to much mobility so its really hard to run away from her or chase her down so with that her chains range is so long that flashing doesn't even get you out mid range along with some characters dashes combined with flash this is way to strong for leblanc a champ that can dash plenty of times so if you get hit by the chains she can simply dash and make sure you never get out. I feel this to be very over powered and feel you guys should fix the range especially when you are forced to flash out every time because you don't want to get hit by her passive. Its basically inescapable right now

Mobility has been a thorn in league for awhile now. There is NO Champ that has mobility that is out right bad. All are ok to good or STUPID OP.

Riot needs to have better counters to it.

Slows are not it because most are dashes or Leaps or TP that all have STUPID low CDs. The worst offenders are the ones that have damage tied to the move (LeB, Yasuo, Talon, Fizz, ext)
