Lagging in game after Patch

Is anyone getting annoying lag in their games? For me my frame rate stays at 60 fps but it seems as if the games is having a frame rate drop despite not having any frames dropping. It's sort of like playing league on an old computer. This started after I patched today Wednesday. Anyone else having this problem?

Yeah I've been getting some weird lag too. Nothing too big of a deal tho
