Why is Slayer Jinx unavailable?

when riot decides to release them, they've done this forever. but i guess probably in a week or so.

they release skins usually in the afternoons its been like that for the past several years now.

Yeah, it is now may 9th of 2016 and cant find it anywhere... Did they not release it? or is it a legacy skin?? I have her firecracker skin and I love it. And i was really hoping to get this one too.

It is a seasonal skin. It should be back in late October/early November for harrowing

Just like Mistletoe Leblanc among others are only in the store mid to late December for Snowdown.
