After the ranked changes, I'm gaining less LP per game

After the ranked changes, I am only getting 17 LP per win even though I have won 8/10 of my past games. Before I was getting 21-23 LP per win and around 19 per loss. Did they change LP gain or something? Anyone else in the same situation?

Dude I am in the same boat. went from gettinf 20-23 to getting 14. What is even crazier is that the first day of the patch I was getting 20-23 and then the next day it was only 14. Like it was even in the same patch.
