Riot, in case you were wondering, everyone hates how you have handeled this event.

First I'd like to say I'm not sure which board to post under so it is here. Also that I really love the skins(personally I would have liked if ez and ahri's hair matched their theme even if it meant that there were multiples of specific colors. But that is just my opinion and not the point of what I'm saying) and the game mode is absolutely fantastic. I've wanted a game mode like this for a very long time and this is everything I wanted out of it; however, how you've handled all of the side content is very poor.

And please for the love of god don't say to your selves "well we made a lot of money so they obviously liked it!" because everyone I know doesn't like it, we like the skins, and from what I've seen on the boards, we as a player base are really unhappy.

The missions, as you know, punish solo players, because the challenge, even if the game play is challenging, is based more around getting 5 people together and not on the actual game play itself. In another post a rioter said they wanted to add more challenging missions, and you did that, but then you slapped on must be a pre made 5 man and turned those hard missions into hard pointlessly frustrating missions. Then on top of that instead of giving a better reward for completing the harder missions, you give out worse and fewer options of rewards. If this shows a trend of where riot plans on going with the mission lines I will be severely disappointed in a system that I was enjoying and thought had a lot of promise to be even better.

On top of this you decide to start charging more for borders. What acted as a cool perk to those who got the skin early, which increased hype for the skin and made me personally really love the first time I put on Project Ekko or Dawnbringer Riven, you now sell at an extra price. This gripe of mine is arguable because we are getting more content with the border so technically it is fair to charge more but the general standard up to this point has been that they are free additions and not something that should cost money. I feel as if you noticed we liked something you did for us so now you are charging us to do it again, which in my opinion, is a disrespectful business practice and really frustrates me. If you are really that set on monetizing this feature and taking away what made it special in the first place, then AT LEAST make it so it isn't a limited time purchasable. Instead just an addition you can purchase for a specific skin at any time, which takes away the novelty of it and just a flair you can buy, which sucks for the players, but at least then it will feel fair. Overall, I feel as if you knew players were looking forward to something so now that it is available you dangle it in our face and say "quick give me a little more money before I just take it away instead"

I doubt you are able to hot fix an event. I will just have to accept I really disliked this one but that really sucks because it isn't bad because of the core content but because of frustrating decisions you made as a company, which took away things I liked and made it harder to enjoy as a player.
