Change recomended item on tresh

As an adc it's just so anoying to see a thresh failling all his creeps. So my idea to fiw that is to put the Ancient Coin as a starter item instead of targon (in the recomended item page), beginners will take it and not put their adc in a farm loss but a good thresh will still use the targon. It's a fully win situation. As an adc it's just so anoying to see a thresh failling all his minions.
