Make leagues ranked system have more requirements to play

So I got this idea from heroes of the storm. I'd like that you have to have at least an x amount of champions on x mastery level and you can only use those champions. For example: 15 champions on mastery level 3. It would make ranked less annoying. if someone picks a champion they just bought and doesn't know how to play them they aren't gonna contribute anything to the team. I hope Riot adds these requirements or at least uses them somehow to make these restrictions. :)

I don't think they really want to make the Barrier to entry for rank, any more strict. Especially since Dynamic Q is going to require as many players that Riot can get their hands on.

Since you can choose your lane now, I'd say;

8 - Champs ate level 4 or better

The proposal is a player preference rather than an assertion of skill. Some prefer to focus on a small pool and master their selections, while others prefer to sample a wide set and master the similarities.

In my opinion it's not appropriate to enforce or encourage one or the other.
