Fixing the "/remake" command at 3 minutes, reconnecting and not moving should keep it eligible.
So recently I played a couple of flex games with one of my buddies, and we were literally trolled for 3 matches. Being a player from Hawaii I can feel the stress of playing on ping that spikes really high, but what I don't appreciate is the fact that if your teammates deem you non-functional in game why cant we force a "/remake vote".
I am not saying that I hate people who have high ping, disconnected, etc. but with how the game is; currently having a missing teammate resulting in a 4v5 within the beginning of the match is such a big handicap. Strictly looking at the player majority especially in lower elo (bronze-plat) early game literally is everything. Most of the time you will not close the lead unless, mind my language, the enemy is a "boosted monkey", "trolling", or a "cabbage". Being a active player I cannot stress how heartbreaking it is when someone is connecting at the start of the match, but does not have the ability to even control their character. Just allow their trustful teammates to put them out of their misery. With this I propose some ideas or conditions as to how to fix the current "/remake" option in matches.
Conditions or rules for a more useful remake option. (If that option is too laid back here are some extra conditions that would be very helpful on the current remake system, and that is an activity or "player functional" proof.)
-
Could be started around the start to 5 minute mark, not dependent on if an ally is disconnected or reconnected. - Even if all 5 members connect leave the option open. - Votes are valid if 3 members are willing to forfeit.
-
Connected User test or requirements... a) Can he or she buy items. b) Can he or she move their character outside of the base. c) Can he or she issue more than (certain number) of movement commands/right clicks in a given amount of time, so for example 3.5 min. d) Can he or she issue more than (certain number) of attack commands within a given amount of time, so for example 3.5 min. e) Can he or she issue more than (certain number) of spells or abilities on a target in a given amount of time, so for example 3.5 min.

"Take a knee" function... - Allow the person who is lagging, cannot move, etc. to (in a certain amount of time) access their league client interface which is the only that notifies you to "quit" or "reconnect" to also get a option allowing them to willingly disconnect and end the game due to technical difficulties.

Server Force Close Game.. - If server computes harsh spiking ping for one or more players it is a remake automatically either during the champion load in or in game.
Before reacting, yes I know some of the suggestions are very unfair or liable to abuse for remakes primarily on rune page mistakes, masteries mistakes, match ups, etc. but we need to address this problem. To be honest usually I don't care about this stuff I just shake it off because I could just win a extra game of the day. But, in this case yesterday night I was trolled and had a rage quit duo on my team in the game before because of the jungler being non cooperative. Then in the game after my flex duo faced the trolls. We wanted to crush them but couldn't do anything.
It sucked but I got to laugh at my Xerath who couldn't leave base at 1k-10k ping, I saw some world breaking spikes that I have not seen before. I was a little frustrated but laughed my butt off so much. Maybe it was due to the tilt. Who knows.. All i know is that this option should be fixed its hella troll lol.
