It's ok Riot I know you wont do anything against people in draft pick. You don't make it fair in any way shape or form. It's all about whoever blew you the hardest. Can't say I've ever had a good experience playing draft mood. It's either we are getting shit on by fucking human waste or we destroy human waste. But I guess that's fun for you. Oh well I don't mind playing a game mode when skill doesn't matter

You're the type of toxic that gets mad about these kind of things? It's simple really, your first pick, don't pick a squishy snowbally champ(Katarina, Yasup) or they'll destroy you, give up your "good" if someone else can't play the role they are being forced into, I barely have times where it's either destroy or be destroyed, you can always counter pick and if you decide not to, or can't cause you don't know what counters the champions learn. There are no cheaters in the champion select.
I personally hate blind pick precisely because you can win or lose the game based on random champion selection, while in draft pick you have some control over your win before the game even starts.
To set the tone here, I recently came out of a losing match because the enemy team pick a katarina and our team had limited CC. I was more concerned with countering my lane than with countering a potential snowball and my own champion selection could have turned the tables. However, in blind pick mode that opportunity would never have been there. In fact you might just walk into all your lane counters even if you thought you had an amazing team comp.
There is nothing 'cheating' about knowing how to draft pick. Just make sure you are willing to swap roles with people if someone gets their lane countered.
How are they cheating...? You haven't said anything that could be taken seriously, it just comes off as... whining. :/
