Riot please fix your HOTKEY PROBLEM!!!!!

Does anybody else seem to get into a game, and every one in a while there hotkeys not work? I find this happening more often as of late. Quite frankly I'm tired of going into a ranked game, and once I'm in lane i find out i can't use my q . Please fix this problem. It doesn't just cause me to get behind in lane, but in the long run it can ruin a game for everyone. Especially if your playing a position like ADC , or mid .
