There are too many smurfs in silver-gold

I feel like since the game has become too unfun in higher elo for most players recently the amount of smurfs in silver gold is seriously ruining the game i feel like every 20-25 percent of my games have a smurf and it makes the game boring for either team the smurf is on...... that combined with your trolls you get in about 20-25 percent of your games it almost makes this game unplayable. literally 50% of games on average are just a waste of time and when you spend 25 min in a game that really makes it hard to want to q again and try to rank up. So unless i have 4 other people that are on the same page as me for flex i literally have to play this game 4 fun and not to rank up and considering this game is really hard to play 4 fun its really hard to want to keep playing this game.
