Her dash has a lower cooldown if she hits something. If she doesn't, it goes on a decently long cooldown.

Yes, Riposte blocks everything...but only for three quarters of a second, and it has a cooldown higher than twenty seconds in early and mid game.

Fiora counters both Riven and Udyr. One thing you could do is bait out her W; run towards her in Bear form as Udyr, switch to something else, max her waste her W stun, and then switch back to bear. Some Fioras may be too clever for this, though.

Oh, no. FIora's W only stuns if she blocks a disabling CC move with it. Something like Riven's dash would get a slow. Riven's Q or W, Cho'Gath's Q, etc. would get a stun. If Fiora blocks a slow, it won't stun, it will just slow.
