Why Does Riot Ruin everything?

URF used to be fun and enjoyable but then they had to throw in a random mechanic to just shit on one of the few things I still had fun with. In just this rotation I played 90+ games of URF trying to get that one champion I want to play. Excited I finally got Darius but then Dropped into game low and behold Im facing Teemo..... Great now my abilities are useless and the game is ruined Thanks Riot I just wanted to have fun but I guess that's to much to ask from you since you're entire department is having fun only balancing things for the professional league. Casually this game used to be fun and brain dead to just play while talking to friends but they ruined that. And now you can't even enjoy URF anymore this is fabulous.

What did you say here that couldn't be said about normal URF?

URF is a good idea on paper and terrible in practice. If it worked in practice, riot would probably make it a regular mode due to its popularity.

I think URF is garbage in general. Even if it was Draft Pick, you'd just get people picking damage casters like Brand, Syndra, Lucian etc. It would still be coin toss fun. I think part of the reason is all the damage runes in the game now, URF used to be about outplaying with fast reactions but now you just get 1 combo'd or overly oppressive ranged champs that force you to play safe in a game mode that's supposed to be fun and engaging

Yes ,cause it would be so much fun to play against same fucking broken champs over and over and over and over again...
