I'm running the alpha client and get a lot of lag during champ select. This happens in Blind pick, draft pick and ARAMs. If anyone has been getting this too let me know also if anyone has a fix or explanation it would be greatly appreciated.

I also had lags at the client but now there arent lags anymore.
Master Vemira1 votesIt is coded badly, and it has something to do with the client being pushed into low priority when the game runs and not recovering resources properly after game.
Artistic Sniper1 votesSo far, I've only experienced lag when the queue AFK-filter accept button appears, and when joining champ select (Which I got stuck looking at Arcade Sona's splash art covering the whole screen and nothing more. Suddenly the client minimized and the loading screen came). I noticed small lag after playing a match, which can be solved by closing and reopening the client. Friends of mine told me the client is very capable of crashing your computer, adding that it happened to them at least once.
