leaver buster mechanic is more harmful than helpful

this is the match that get me banned for one full day, I had this issue about 3 hours before joining this game I tried to solve it by checking my connection (alt+tab) witch resulted in a blue screen of death.after that I get a warning. because I saw that I am more harmful to the team, I only played custom duel match to test my pings and learn to play, after seeing a good ping (around 300 for me) for 10 minute I thought well it seems the problem is solved so I joined a match and the problem struck me again, and again a blue screen of death, right after that I get banned.

funny thing is that If I didn't care for my team and didn't try to solve the problem I wouldn't get banned at all (because my PC would not restart)

Solution: create a vote system, If someone leave the game and if all human player vote against giving the leaver leaver buster penalty, then he won't get it.

Riot you should not decide what people like or dislike, we can do it on our own. If you give us the means and the tools.

I am a honorable man, ask anyone who played with me, and this ban was a direct insult against me, because I tried to do everything in my power to have a good game for my teammate and myself.
