Vayne 's whole balance this past season or so was around the item 3031 item 3087 power spike. She has had numerous changes done to her, including, but not limited to:

-removal of her Q being able to crit -reduction in power of her ult AD steroid (30/50/70 -> 20/30/40) -attack speed growth nerfs (-0.7% per level, -11.9% iirc at level 18)

I'll be brutally honest here: the removal of item 3031 's +50% crit damage passive completely killed off Vayne 's viability. Now I know this is also a part of this rather large meta shift bot lane as well as nerfs to sustain and Fleet Footwork. However... She doesn't just have a bad build path - unlike some other crit-focused ADCs this patch that have swapped to other items like item 3508 and item 3095 and are still doing okay-ish - she has none. She can't even go a item 3153 -focused build because of the attack speed growth nerfs and ult AD nerf mentioned above.

I know it's Riot's policy to "keep the live environment fresh," I'm just here to remind you not to leave Vayne to be forgotten about, even if some changes for her are some ways off.

Vayne was meant to be that toxic adc that makes me feel useless as a tank.....but wtf now they do this crap with infinity edge, everytime I die to an adc now they would have done atleast 700 true damage to me, normally when I fought vayne before this patch I would see her do 1k true damage at most....Now im sure vayne would use infinity edge too and do even more crazy amounts of true damage with it but it still doesn't feel like she is unique anymore...

Vayne, like Yasuo, doesn't need the true damage conversion - they needed the +50% crit damage modifier (Vayne has Silver Bolts, Yas has conqueror). Now they struggle to kill anything when they scale into nothing. An AD steroid with no crit modifier to back it up is utterly worthless. Vayne item 3070

I completely agree with OP.

Please have a look at Vaynes kit and show her some love!

Reverting her last nerfs would be a good way to start with. Theses nerfs [reduction in power of her ult AD steroid (30/50/70 -> 20/30/40) and attack speed growth nerfs (-0.7% per level, -11.9% iirc at level 18)] where overkill to begin with. At the time these nerfs came out, vayne was highly favoured by the "relic shield + fleet footwork + overheal meta" of this time. With patch 8.2 relic shield on marksman was nerfed into unviability, fleet footwork was nerfed, and no one took overheal on marksman anymore. This would have been enough to bring vayne in line with other marksman, because she lost her free ticket into late game and again struggled with her main weakness: early game. But RIOT overdid it and nerfed the champ itself too.

Now, with this initial overnerf, the repeated nerfs on fleet footwork and rework on crit items, I feel like vayne is in a really bad spot.

The latest buffs to some ADC's (8.13) gives hope RIOT hasn't completely given up on marksman, so:
