Diana is Glitched (patch 5.16)

Diana's Ult is bugged. Her Ult isn't resetting when you land a Q. idk who to report that to so i'm jsut making a thread here, hopefully the right people see it.

I can't test this out right now since I'm not connected to stable internet, however you get my upvote since this a legitimate game-breaking bug for her.
