Why isnt Dinger and Jinx and Sej nerfed yet?

People should stop pretending Jinx isnt OP and outclasses Varus and Ashe singlehandled. I mean 35% pickrate (most picked champion currently) AND 54% winrate?

Heimer is OK because he is a counterpick that dies to anything that outranges him and that is OK.

Jinx has no mobility and an easily avoided self-peel (Chompers). She pays for her high power by being very vulnerable to dives. She's a bit like Kog'Maw or Vayne: very high damage potential, but needs dedicated babysitting.

Sejuani I don't really see a problem with.

Heimerdinger, well yeah his lane phase is super broke. But he needs a long prep time to get the battlefield set up optimally, so he's can be dived while his turrets are being placed. Or the team can disengage and relocate to a turretless area.

Who cares about mobility when you can solo destory 2 towers in a row with on minion wave
