2 Changes to fix issues in jg and top
First I would like to see a change to phase rush where getting hit by abilities or autos could also proc it this would give melee top another option vs ranged . Second idea is I keep seeing all these jg changes trying to buff nerf exp to impact how jgers play but a better idea to keep jungle ganks in check is make camps more like dragon where they have %current hp damage mixed with there base damages which would need some nerfs if you add this the idea behind this is to keep jgers hp a bit lower but keep the jg very clearable this would keep jg clear speed the same but would keep jgers less health as they clear making ganks more risky .
