Turret damage

Did they nerf turret dmg or what maybe they just overbuffed all tanks or something but i just get dived every single game and they take 0 dmg like lvl 4 tanks 4 tower shots and get out with 2/3 hp or something makes no sense

on a sidenote can they like hotfix rammus or something this is insane
