I think taking out the Atk speed, and 2 Long swords and adding a serrated Dirk would be viable. Give the item armor pen, and atk dmg and leave the stats but take off the atk speed . this would make the item actually usable in patch 9.3 and give it the stats needed to be worked in item customizations. Just Something to think about.

wdym, it's the 1st item of all crit ADCs and is 234% gold efficient when you have 1 crit item. If anything, it needs a nerf.
