5+ S ranks on new champs but no chest
Im not getting any chests even after getting S ranks on multiple champions. It even says "Nasus: Season highest grade - S" and then the chest earned icon isnt shown.

Double check to make sure you have/you have had the boxes available. You can have 4 boxes available at any one time and even if you get an S on a champ, unless you have the box available, you won't get anything.
One of two things is happening:
Either you don't own the champion, or you're out of crates.
Did you get punished recently
If you've had a recent penalty you lose hextech loot eligibility until you've shown that you've reformed. There should be a message in the end of game lobby regarding this.
Lacking that, it'd be a chest availability issue. From your other responses though, it's penalty related.
