Game bugged and it costed me the game...

I was playing and not doing good, so im sure i would have lost even if I didnt bug out, but what happened was out of nowhere my LMB clicks would trigger the ping menu, and when i pressed esc it would alt-tab me to my desktop screen. then when i clicked back into league, it was still having the same problem. I even unplugged the keyboard and mouse. Didnt work. I had to completely exit league and the client and reopen, log in and reconnect to the game just to see my team mates flaming me and the defeat sign pop up. FeelsBadMan
