I would really love to see the emperor reclaim the throne as one of the top mid laners. After all of the nerfs he's outclassed by many other champions. Yes, i know he was strong, but gutting him the way rito did was not the correct way to fix him. Pls rito fix the the issue.
He needs a rework. He is currently horribly garbage trash. But he cannot have even slightly good numbers with how versatile his kit is right now.

I'm assuming you meant to say "was not the correct way to fix him."
Honestly, the only reason that he is weak right now is because his early game is not as easy to grasp. Even then, he is strong, but you have to out play your opponent, and the way he uses zone control is not always intuitive, thus more difficult to pick up.
If Riot is able to adjust him so that he is easier to play early game, he would come back into the meta. I think the drawback there is that this will most likely mean he will be scaled down in the late game, which is where his strength is currently.

I think that he is fine power wise. He is one of the, if not THE strongest 6 item midlaner in the game.
The real problem with him are the short games. He has a winrate of more than 50 in plat or higher in games that last 40+ minutes
he dirly needs a rework...when he´s strong he´s a lanebully with good engage, good disengage, good escape and a lategame hypercarry all in one.
