i think fiddles needs a rework

The meta should never be for champs to be able to delete enemies in a second or less, but that's irrelevant.

Fiddlesticks does badly need a rework. Poor dude's kit is a mess. The passive is a joke, a tiny speed buff to a slower champ and is only fitting for a jungler. As a jungler he is very poor. He can sustain ok well, but badly lacks engage utility until level 6. His E is the only AoE going for him clearing multi mob camps and it's not very good. His Q is some nice CC, but it's quite close range, so it's pretty subpar utility. It really only works best when combined with an Ult or Ult/Flash. Add in the Drain forces you to stand and channel, it's his primary DPS source, and has a long CD if you don't kill the target, it's a pretty bad skill that's easy to play around for enemies.

He can be a quirky solo lane pick, but he really can't do anything special in lane. Vlad by far sustains better. Every other mage harasses better. He really only works if you can bait tower dives.

He could be a surprise support, but again others are just better because of his lack of range, low level harass, and lack of assistance he can give adc.

They need to choose a clear role and just upgrade or rework his kit so he's viable. Same could be said of a handful of other champs too.
