How to get better in bronze?

Hey guys, I need some help climbing out and I feel like I am doing something wrong every game. I get fed usually 3/4 games and bad 1/6 games.. I don't blame my teamates because of my losses but it seems like every game I have to carry or else I wouldn't win. I need some tips to climb out of bronze. I climbed out of bronze last season but this season seems a bit harder. Rarely do I ever get someone to carry me (when I do its usually Riven players for some reason). What do I need to do carry a bronze game? My map awareness is pretty good, my mechanics are pretty good, but for some reason I can get really fed and my team always manage to flunk teamfights even with me. I feel like its my fault and I'm not doing properly. I also try my best to gank so my other laners can get fed. How do I improve?

Play easy champions that are effective at what they do. This way you reduce the chance of error for you, and the sense of doubt your team might have for you.

objective control, kills don't win games. you can have 55 to 3 kills for your team and your nexus gets destroyed

I've never found a more helpful video regarding climbing the ELOs, should check out his coaching, too. He's brutally honest, and it'll hurt to hear, but I promise you that his advice is excellent:

Here is what I do. I play Kha'zix. I figure out what side the enemy jungler is starting. I hit level 3 Invade Kill the enemy jungler. Now I just try to steal as much of his farm and kill him as much as I can. He gets upset and makes stupid mistakes out of frustration all why im getting more fed. in between his deathtimers and im taking his farm and I gank the lanes.
