Le Blanc rework. Idea by xNEMOx. Hello, Riot Games. I am writing to you for my expressions on the Le Blanc. I'd say honestly: I hate this champion. I hate it just as much as I hate Teemo. This is a champion who deals tons of damage on the laning phase without risking anything. But then came the update of assassins. And I started hating Le Blanc even more. But at the same time I started to admire her . Admiration from the fact that the champion was more interesting, and began to justify his title. The title of deceiver. With this update, you have given the enemy the opportunity to react to the aggression of the champion, and the Le Blanc’s players more opportunities to beat the enemy. Obviously, nerfs wasn’t be a surprise. Above all the champion was not playable anymore. And then the developers decided to completely roll back the update. In the end, the champion has lost 50% of his title, became boring, but still intemperating on the laning phase... but useless in the mid / late game unless he get fed a lot. Despite all the hatred for this champion, it hurts me to look at its current position. So I have ideas on the return of some of her former greatness.

1. Add to the Mirror image (Passive) to summon a clone when you activate a Mimic (R), but make sure that this part does not work if the Mirror image (Passive) on the cooldown. Thus, we will return Le Blanc 50% of her’s lost title, and give the opponents a chance to recoup.

2. Sigil of Malice (Q) should not appear immediately, but after a short period of time. For example, in 1-1.5 seconds ( that is, as it was during the update). This is her main source of burst damage, and Le Blanc should pay for such damage by time of activation and risk to get caugh.

3. Distortion (W) should cause less base damage, but deal more damage to minions. Also add a small cooldown to reactivate, as from the Seal of death (R) Zed. Distortion (W) - The main mechanism of mobility Le Blanc and the most popular way to Sigil of Malice (Q). But it's not a skill that should cause damage on its own. With this change, we will solve the problem of unpunished exhaustion on the laning phase and the problem of cleaning up the waves of minions.

4. To make the second activation Ethereal Chains (E) immediately activated the Sigil of Malice (Q). I really like Le Blanc the combination of E+Q in that order, and this combination is more successful and useful for killing potential targets in teamfight.
