OK, so i just played my placement games and won 8 lost 2 and got placed in bronze 4.... Yeah I was bronze 5 my first season I played but I got so much better and I Get this elo... What would I Be in if I lost 8 and won 2 why should I even try in placement games anymore? Never have played ranked because of this. I believe its a little ridiculous. And need to be changed.

Hyperiön1 votesNo there is, your first season rank is supposed to be poop. Climbing out of bronze is easy if you know the game well and play well. I won 10 of 10 placements in the beginning of season, was silver last season, and I got places B5. I carried all of my games, and boom, slapped in the face. Then I got into my first ranked game after it, I got 47 or something LP. I got out of bronze in like 2 days. You can't expect greatness from 10 games. It takes time, you might think you are above Bronze. So go prove it. Go play ranked and see how you do. If you deserve silver, you will get it.

Hyperiön1 votesThat is Silver Elo, I just checked your op.gg The reason why it might show that is because of duoing, it might be different than it shows. But according to that, you will skip 2 divisions, so you will go from b4 to b2. If you get your series and win.

Hyperiön1 votesPretty much the same thing happened to me. My mmr was hella high for Bronze, so i got so much LP, and got out in no time. Give it time, its a struggle at some times, but once you break the ice, its up hill from there.

Direwoods1 votesPerhaps its also performance based, Like say 3 of the games you went 0/10/3 that may also play a role in it, but if your really a bit angry at it, playing ranked if your better than the elo your in, you'll climb. example, a diamond smurf will leave bronze alot faster than someone that's new to the game and thinks its smart to play ranked as soon as he hits lvl 30
