Now I know there will be some people here that would say that I'm just a noob, but when jhin 
can crit at lvl 1 for 100+ damage? Now THAT is really broken.
He has so much mobility, landing a hook with thresh on him is nearly impossible. Considering how much damage he does, he REALLY shouldn't have THAT much mobility!

um 100+ crit damage is not much if he has 80 damage crits multiplies it by 2 means 160 damage minus say 30 armor = 112 damage.

My thoughts are that you have no good ones right now.
Jhin currently is the least mobile champ in the gam (atm) he does tons of dmg to counter this but since he has a lack of mobility he is very underpowered in this Sudo assassin meta (I don't know what the meta is atm but I'm calling it an assassin meta). I dont want to be rude or anything but since you are only a Lvl 14 you havnt had to grow as a play yet, right now you sound like a B5 player who is frustraited because they cant exploit his weaknesses, see Jhin has weaknesses its just a matter of figuring it out in your own way.

His crits are actually weaker than regular crits and he doesn't have a lot of mobility at all.
All his mobility comes from landing crits,which is luck based for his first 3 shots and you can be prepared for it when you see that he has only 1 shot left.
