How to play topl ane with 2 losing lanes

Recently I started playing Neeko in the toplane. Because I usually play Jungle, I had some questions while I was playing. In general, I win my lane and around 20 minutes, I am kind of fed. But when my other lanes are losing, it is kind of hard to win 1v5: I have games where I do more damage than my mid and adc combined... :o What should I do if this situation happens? Or should I just ff 15?

don't play neeko top. play bruisers and splitpush/add lane pressure.

You need to be winning your lane a hell of a lot earlier than that as Neeko top.

You accept the fact that top lane is the only role that can hard solo carry right now, and do just that.
