Marksmen updates Teemo !

dear Riot,

I assume you are aware of the fact you nerfed AP Teemo since you tried to make up for it? Anyhow, the fact shrooms could be placed from quite a distance now made is a safer vision tool which is ideal for a marksman, but honestly tho Teemo doesn't feel like a scout or a marksman I honestly think the least u can do for him is to give him higher range? i believe he has 500 range ? But unlike Lucian, he had no dashes nor does he have Ad ratio's nor does he feel like his title so please do something about this, Riot.

P.S. The mines cost so much mana and in most cases his passive isn't as usefull either.
