What is the communities thoughts on Zak?

I've been playing him extensively in the jungle, and while I love his long range ganks, there is something inherently weak feeling about him. I cannot put my finger on it though.

he's really annoying when your against a premade team but kind of meh when soloque, he's all about disruptions and without good communication, he's just not good. not to mention that he can counter jungled really easy, probably anyone can steal from him.
