Character Specific Controls

After the most recent ideas proposed for changing of how targeting works for some abilities (GP's barrel, etc), I was curious if riot has considered adding character specific control scheme. Take Rumbles ult for example: If I like quick cast for all other characters but not rumble because of his ult, can riot make it so I can have a separate control scheme only for when I am playing rumble? Sort of what I had in mind was something like what Overwatch has (each character has customizable controls). In addition, you could add an option for more specific options such as toggling the proposed new targeting for certain characters.
