SO apperently you can QSS Mord's ult but qss and breaking out of it which defeats the purpose of the ult and sure it gives a way to not be killed by the mord but it ruins the ult and is a total waste of it. Im truly asking that is it a bug or a mistake to have being a debuff? or is it intentional? plz respond

It is absolutely intentional and it is actually needed.
Without this feature, Mordekaiser becomes the ultimate objective control. Baron and dragon are not targetable if you are in the death realm as far as I know, which means that every time both teams try to contest these objectives, Mordekaiser could simply ult the enemy jungler. So the only team with smite to contest in that situation is Mordekaiser's team, making them get every single one of these objectives by default as long as Mordekaiser is around.
With QSS however, the enemy jungler can cleanse the ult and keep contesting baron/dragon.
Good, there's enough bullshit CC spells that cannot be clensed.
