Remakes cancel auto fill protection???

I was auto filled sup, It sucks but i did it and won, Awesome now i get auto fill protect for 2 games! First game remake. Second game remake. Now auto fill is activated again. Any one see how this is a problem? I love auto fill with auto fill protection but it shouldn't include remakes.
