Please Rito, stop punishing me for afks and leavers in ranked.

I know there's tons of people on here whining about losing ranked matches, and I'm trying not to be one of those. I am just really REALLY tired of losing ranked games (especially promo matches) because someone is afk. I know you guys are punishing leavers more severely now than ever, but it still isn't enough. At least at lower levels it isn't. I know I'm nothing special. I'm working on my League skills as much as possible, but I don't think it's fair that me and every other unfortunate soul out there is punished with a loss when we had a leaver. My honest proposal is, if someone leaves or is otherwise afk in ranked once, they should be banned from ranked for a week. If they do it twice (within a grace period), they should be banned for a month. If they do it three times, they should just be barred from ranked. I know it's harse, but I'm sick of having no chance at winning because someone decides to walk away during a game. And to the people that say "My computer drops me every once and a while and I can't help it," I say, "DON'T PLAY RANKED!"
